Carlos showed up 20 minutes early with his team and went right to work. I needed an exterior beam to be replaced which was holding up the overhang above the front door, because part of it was partially rotted from water damage. He replaced the entire beam and recapped the beam with a PVC material. It looks beautiful now. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

We live in old Victorian house and termites had eaten away part of an interior door frame. Calix looked for the same style of moulding and came up with a reasonable alternative, but in meantime we found what was needed in a forgotten set of stored boards in the garage which he was able to use.and adapt. When a base plate was needed, he traveled to a specialty wood dealer to get exactly what was required. All the extra work more than doubled the original estimate and we would have appreciated a heads up on that instead of being informed at the end only after all the work was done.
